Duties

1. Leadership in develop and manage the company's marketing data to understand competition;
2. new product development and maximising profits;
3. Manage the planning, organise, direct, control and coordinate advertising, public relations, sales and marketing activities within the Cairns branch;
4. Identifying the market needs and opportunities;
5. Development and optimizing the present market mix and new products

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years experience in sales and management roles;
2. At least 2 years working experience in tourism;
3. Multiple language speaking: fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English;
4. A bachelor degree or higher qualification;
5. Multi-cultural skills in both Eastern culture and Western Culture;
6. Sound knowledge in Asian tourists specialized business field;
7. Exceptional quality customer service skills to both external and internal customers;
8. Sound skills in Asian business etiquette, cultural sensitivities and language;
9. Ability to lead a successful team with high team spirit;
10. Strong willingness to present high quality work performance under situations without supervision of higher management.

Duties

1. Management of office administration;
2. Making executive level business decisions and strategic planning;
3. Fully responsible for day to day operations of the branch;
4. Effective analysis of the needs of the Asian customers and to develop services that local tourism vendors can cater;
5. Ensuring the business continues to expand at the same time identifying the market needs and opportunities;
6. Development and optimizing the present market mix and new products;
7. Liaising with vendors, local tourism businesses and distributors of promotional information.

Requirements:

1. Multiple language skill: fluent in Mandarin, English, and preferably Cantonese;
2. Sound knowledge and experience in the specialized tourism business field;
3. At least an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least 3 years relevant experience;
4. At least 1 year working experience in Tourism management especially in multi-cultural work environment;
5. Exceptional skills in Asin business etiquette, cultural sensitivities and language;
6. Ability to develop and implement strategies that maintain quality services to both external and internal customers;
7. Ability to lead a successful team with exceptional customer service skills;
8. Ability to work autonomously when required in managing all aspects of branch operations.
