Pioneer Travel Service Pty Ltd is a tour and transport tourism company with Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese and Korean tourists. We provide personalised tours to free independent tourists and tourist groups. We work closely with other tourism operators and package our tours accordingly. Duties
- Leadership in develop and manage the company's marketing data to understand competition;
- new product development and maximising profits;
- Manage the planning, organise, direct, control and coordinate advertising, public relations, sales and marketing activities within the Cairns branch;
- Identifying the market needs and opportunities;
- Development and optimizing the present market mix and new products
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in sales and management roles;
- At least 2 years working experience in tourism;
- Multiple language speaking: fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English;
- A bachelor degree or higher qualification;
- Multi-cultural skills in both Eastern culture and Western Culture;
- Sound knowledge in Asian tourists specialized business field;
- Exceptional quality customer service skills to both external and internal customers;
- Sound skills in Asian business etiquette, cultural sensitivities and language;
- Ability to lead a successful team with high team spirit;
- Strong willingness to present high quality work performance under situations without supervision of higher management.

Duties
- Management of office administration;
- Making executive level business decisions and strategic planning;
- Fully responsible for day to day operations of the branch;
- Effective analysis of the needs of the Asian customers and to develop services that local tourism vendors can cater;
- Ensuring the business continues to expand at the same time identifying the market needs and opportunities;
- Development and optimizing the present market mix and new products;
- Liaising with vendors, local tourism businesses and distributors of promotional information.
Requirements:
- Multiple language skill: fluent in Mandarin, English, and preferably Cantonese;
- Sound knowledge and experience in the specialized tourism business field;
- At least an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least 3 years relevant experience;
- At least 1 year working experience in Tourism management especially in multi-cultural work environment;
- Exceptional skills in Asin business etiquette, cultural sensitivities and language;
- Ability to develop and implement strategies that maintain quality services to both external and internal customers;
- Ability to lead a successful team with exceptional customer service skills;
- Ability to work autonomously when required in managing all aspects of branch operations.
